Our leadership team began their careers as Big 4 external auditors (KPMG, specifically). In 2004, we launched an accounting consulting practice to help publicly-traded companies comply with Sarbanes Oxley regulations. From there, we were called-upon to help fast-growing companies with every accounting service under the sun (e.g., technical accounting, external reporting, IPO/S1 audits, supporting month-end closes, scaling accounting operations, and system implementations).
