Inkerman sells gifts for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and many other occasions, business gifts for the corporate client as well as designing and making trophies and awards for the sporting and events world. Most Inkerman gifts, trophies and awards are made by our British craftsmen including silversmiths, leathersmiths, pewterers, glassmakers, engravers and etchers and our famous Inkerman red boxes are still made in England too. We really don’t want to go overseas for product. Many of our products are exclusive to Inkerman and we design and make bespoke pieces for a huge number of customers both private and corporate. We are a team of ten in the office and we work closely with each other to offer an extremely high standard of customer service. We are perfectionists and extremely knowledgeable with many years of experience in the trophy, award and gifting market - nothing is too much trouble and we often exceed our customers expectations. Inkerman strongly supports women returning to work and 70% of the staff are working mothers, working flexible hours. Over the past 20 years Inkerman have given work experience to over 50 young people and they make a point of employing those without degree educations. Inkerman works with many Charities, often donating a percentage of sales back to the charities as well as supporting charity events with gifts and prizes. Usually there is a personal connection for supporting the chosen charities. The key to giving the perfect gift is finding something that is personal, a product of high quality and craftsmanship, something that can be carefully personalised and that is beautifully wrapped and presented. Inkerman believes “beautiful things should be used and loved every day, not kept for best”.
