Our employees are French nationals with significant international exposure, technical experience and skills. They are all able to communicate in English. In 2017, the Spira Twist’ team joined Orial, an independent accounting firm with 16 partners and 150 employees in four offices. The turnover of the firm was 14 million euros in 2019. David Spira joined the firm as Partner in April 2006. David is a Registered Accountant and a Qualified Auditor, and worked over eight years for PricewaterhouseCoopers. His areas of expertise include in particular assisting companies with transactions relating to acquisition and disposal in an international context. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Duke University (USA).
